I started making this for breakfast because I could not stand eating anymore eggs no matter how they were cooked. Mix in blender:

8-10 eggs
1 tbs creatine
2tbs honey
1-2 cups of milk

Works out to 32 ounces of tolerable drink. Around 800-1000 calories. Good weight gain drink and plenty of Amino Acids.

Raw eggs wouldnt bother me to drink but I would go pasteurized whites instead. Throw in some oats and other stuff instead of the yolks jmo.

Why the whites Swloe? Less fat? Ive thougts about some oats, I will try it. I eat an actual meal or another whey prot. shake couple hours later.

Its actually thinner thinner then egg nog if thats what you mean by syrupy. If its too sweet, I just back off on the honey.

I was suggesting Pateurized for the fact that food illness isnt a threat when drinking them. Though it is low there is a chance for salmonella from the raw eggs. As i said it is rare just make sure you know where your getting the eggs from. I would be skeptical of just drinking any old eggs from the market as ive found several bad eggs in the past couple years.

I've been eating this a lot.....
2 scoops Dymatize ISO-100
1 scoop Myogenix PROFIBER
1 c Oats (quick or old fashioned depending on your diet)
1/4 c coconut
2 TBS nat PB
1/3 c water/milk/liquid egg whites (really whatever you want)

Mix it together in a bowl and it tastes awesome just like no bake cookies!!!

Whole grains like
Rolls, bagels, cereals, low fat bran muffins, crackers, or Melba toast.
Low fat protein such as peanut butter, lean meat, poultry or fish, or boiled eggs.
Dairy like milk, yogurt and low-fat cheeses, such as cottage and natural cheeses. This breakfast provide me complex carbohydrates, fiber, protein and amount of fat.
