i heard i can expect 5 % bf loss with igf-1 on a recomp true?
also i heard max time i should use eod is 4 weeks true?
also does the gi value of food matter while using igf-1 ?

is it worth investing in mgf ? for off days of igf?

p.s what kind of local growth would igf-2 give and do other local growth agents exist?

im a firm believer using mc's igf for 2 years now that ED is the trick

im currently using 80mcgs a day everynight before bed.... BF was down right away, strength was up, and visually i can see the changes.

so a 5% decrease in BF should be expected

I'd expect more of a 1-2% decrease. 5% seems a little much given current dosaging.

Yes, GI value of food does matter. You'll crave more simple carbs when using IGF-1, and you will want to avoid that and use more complex carbs.

MGF? Not sure, the jury's still out on that one, but it seems to be leaning towards "don't bother, save your money." If you do use it, then yes, it should be used at a time you are not using IGF-1 since they are antagonistic to each other.

IGF-2 hasn't been widely tried out yet. I haven't tried it yet myself even. It is supposedly the same or a little better than IGF-1.

The only other local growth agent I know of is PGF-2a/PGCL which are prostaglandins. They work well, but the side effects make them not as widely used. Common sides are nausea and sitting on the toilet for a while because it causes the body to void whatever is in the GI tract. If you can stand that, it works really well.

So i should stick to complex carbs no matter what?
the gi value of my food is 23-30

So ed use should yield 5 % Bf loss? As recomp is the goal here
