Want to try MC IGF, but a couple of questions...

Just a couple quick questions for guys in the know...

First, does the MC IGF require site specific application or just a general application in a vein?

Second, I live about 20 minutes from the gym, and normally do 20 minutes of light to medium cardio when I get there to warm up followed by 1-1.5 hours of lifting. Any problems with the effectiveness of the IGF if I take it before I go?

Third, I want to do the buy one get one deal going on, how long would this last on a 20 or 40mcg dose? Also what dose is recommended?

Any help really appreciated, want to do this ASAP

hello demonstream

as for your questions:

1: igf APPLICATION can be APPLIED to a certain site for growth in that area, or sub-q.... either or is effective for me

2: some people perfer to take igf before or post workout, i like waiting post workout, seems to give me the most benifits

3: to start at 40mcgs ED is awesome.... each one contains 1000mcgs , so one bottle at 40mcgs a day should last ya 25+ days...... so get the buy on get one free and your set !!!

why dnt you share your stats with use and we can better help guide ya brother:sport:

After I read the first response to my post, I was curious what Sub Q meant, so I went looking and am figuring out what all I need to do. Seems like the information is all out there, but in different spots. Would be really cool if there was just a simple guide. 1 do this, 2 do this next.... I've been working out my whole life (I'm 38) and have always just relied on nutrition and hard work, but I stopped last year after the birth of my first child. Now I'm getting back into it and really want to see what I can achieve in the next few years before I get too old to really expect anything.

Thanks to both of you guys for raising your hands and telling me not to do something wrong.

Any other suggestions? Being new to this, I'm trying to do as much research as possible, but there's always the chance I'll miss something.
