Everyday post workout and if one side is lagging don't go bilat, just apply to that side.

30mcgs is a great start in my opinion, personaly i use it before my workouts which make me the minority as most use it post w/o. I also apply it to my abs, i rub it into a different ab muscle each time i use it going clock wise when looking down at my abs.

I started with 30 mcgs yesterday for the first time ever. Because some of the posts indicated that the exact site may not make any difference, I decided to (using sterile technique) inject like insulin and used the skin fold of my stomach. About an hour out, the site area swelled and had black and blue marks. There was no other positive or negative reactions noted. Today all swelling is gone and no marks. To experiment, I have decided today's site will be my butt. Yesterday was Post workout, today will be Pre workout. Open to any thoughts or suggestions.. Thanks..

Ed Zachery! Put that dude into the muscle group you're working that day. You WILL feel the difference!!

Taking your suggestions; Day 2.. applyed 15mgc onto each of my left/right anterior trapezius post exercise (maybe 15 minutes after working that group).... The right, I think I missed the muscle and got the surface only (will improve with experience).. Both swelled up, became sore for about 2 hours, then back to close to normal. Next try will be my pecs..IF I had the choice to apply 45 minutes prior to workout or about an hour AFTER workout...which would you suggest.. OPen to suggestions.. Thanks..

Would it help the calves and does that hurt?

it does help, but for me theres to many veins in the calfs
and i always end up nicking one
not to mention walking becomes near impossible depending how much your applying

id suggest preworkout. only cause i can 'feel' it via the pumps. post workout only makes me sleepy.

I applied to my calves many times without a problem. I may not be as vascular as Jon though, but I never hit a vein. I was also only doing 40mcg bilat so it wasn't a ton which never gave me too much trouble walking.
