got my first bottle of igf-1 lr3, im currently in the middle of a 760mg test, 600mg deca and 400mg eq cycle.i was thinking about starting with 30mcg perday post workout. my only question is if its ok to reconstitute with vinegar then dilute with bac. water. sorry if this is a stupid question just dont want to fuck it up.

i wouldnt dilute it with any thing, nor reconstitute with anything bro

Started my igf yesterday 20mcg each pec after matching my all time best bench at 455lbs weighing 212, took 20mcg each bi today lets see how it goes!
