I was flipping stations and on ESPNU they had the college ultimate frisbee championship. Hey I love the game but seriously???

is that where they run and throw the frisby to team mates! that shiat is gay lol, now if they made it into a full contact sport, now were talking,lol, cause i would make sure no one came over the middle for a frisby,lol

Thats it. Its some good cardio though. LOTS of running.

yeah it looks like it would be great for fatburning and overall endurance which means i wouldnt last more then 2 throws and a catch,lol

If it was full contact id just sit back and wait for that perfect hit to put someone in the hospital then i would go sit down again.
