Have you tried that nasal rinse where you shoot warm salty water up your nose and cleans out you sinus cavity. I have the worst allergies which lead to migrains and have been to a ton of doctors and on all kind of meds but a friend of mine told me I should try this nasal rinse so I did and it has cleard my allergies 100%. I could not belive it, I hadn't felt this good in ages and haven't had a migrain in a long time. I have told other people to try it and with the same results, they can't believe how well it works and how better you feel all over. Maybe you should give it a try. I do it everytime I take a shower and for nearly two years have had zero allergie problems.

The pollen so bad here man, my truck is white and my hood looks yellow because of the pollen. The nasal rinse is that something you can buy or is it homemade.

You can buy it at almost any drug store chain. I think Wal-Mart might even have it.

FYI, it's called Afrin. It's basically just a saline spray. Works pretty well though. There may be some other brands but that's what I've used.

No,No not Afrin this is actually warm salty water that you shoot up in your nose and it goes into your sinus cavity. It looks like a small squeezable ketchup bottle that you fill with warm water and add some sort of salt pack that comes with it to it. You lean over the sink and stick the nozzle of the bottle in one of your nostrols and squeeze about 6 ounces of water up yor nose and it will go into your sinus cavity in your forehead and run out the other nostrol. You will be amazed at all the shit that comes out of there. It feels really wierd because you feel all that water running around in your head but you will feel so much better and relieved.

I've never used this, but a friend of mine with sinus issues swears by this thing. He may value it more than his he values his kid. lol

Basically the same thing I use except I like the plastic squeeze bottle which I squeeze really hard and it will just blast all that shit out of there and it goes further up in your sinus cavity than just pouring it in. Like I said I use to have terrible allergies and sinus headaches and so on but since I have been using this my allergies are 100% gone and I swear I can see and hear better. Your no longer stuffed up and no sinus pressure. You just feel better all over, thing saved my life.

I went got one of these kits from walgreens. Man you werent kidding, it cleared me out. It was weird to feel all that water in your sinus cavity and run out your other nostril. Wish I had known about this kit years ago.

No it does not run down the back of your throat but when I first got the kit and used it for habit reasons I guess I held the other nostrol closed with my finger and was squeezing water like crazy and it started running out my ears, eyes, and running down the back of my throat. I was literally drowning until I let my finger go and then wooosh all that shit came out. I got a good cleansing that time but wouldn't recomend doing it that way.
