Just wondering what are some ways to keep as motivated going to the gym in the winter months... Once in the gym everything is fine just getting there is so much harder...

Also when u guys start to feel the flu or cold comming on. Do you train through it or give your immune sytem a break n try n get over it sooner rather then later

best thing to keep motivated for winter is bulking up. as long as your making progress you wont need motivation and winter is way better for bulking than cutting, i cant wait for winter to hit properly its supposed to be getting cold but its still sunny and warm everyday.
 
Winter rocks man i love it, eat all i want and constantly growing and making strength gains how could you not wanna train. Its when im depleted and barely eating enough to get by that i have to drag my ass in the gym.
as for flu and colds it depends on what it feels like, if im aching and running fever like the flu or a virus is coming on then yeah i take a few days off double up on the vit c and try to shake it. If its just a cold and a little cough alot of times ill train a bit lighter and it will actually help me get over it.
