Everything was super fresh, organic, etc. You could definitely tell the difference in quality. Can't wait to fire up the grill and cook some of this stuff. Going to be a good week! :chicken:

Ohh man, that looks so good! There's a couple of amish markets similar to that around here... OMG, love love love! We have to go back when I'm done dieting and get some stuff... I just need to invest in a grill and we'll be set. There's nothing better than some protein cooked over an open flame!

ENJOY!!!

I bet the amish markets have good stuff too. Not pumped full of antibiotics and chemicals. It was nice to buy meat that was still fresh and red, not brown because it's been sitting on the supermarket shelf for a week already.

Exactly... you know you're getting good stuff when you go to those places!

we have a market in my town that sells everything fresh like that. little pricey, but worth it.

If we didn't have our own BEEF I would def go to a place like that. Went to a party and my neighbor had a box of burgers that said a product of Canada, USA, and Mexico, uh NO ThANKS!! I wanna know where me meat comes from not a mixture of random cows from 3 different countries

I would love to have enough land to raise my own cattle, chicken, etc. But I think this is a close second. Cooked the roast tonight. Man, it is freaking amazing. Tender, juicy, delicious. Probably the best piece of meat I've had in a LONG time.

Thanks bro. I enjoy food and try my best to make eating it a pleasure instead of a chore. When I first started eating like a bodybuilder I was eating 2-3 baked chicken breasts, 2-3 cups brown rice, etc every day. It got really boring to keep forcing that down. I've found that not only does making things I like make it easier to eat, but I don't have to eat as clean as I thought to still get good gains. :) I'll try to keep posting recipes and stuff on here so others can maybe find some ideas and/or inspiration to make the diet part easier.

Yes, please do! I love this stuff!! When I'm not dieting, I want to experiment with clean recipes more and get into more creative ways to enjoy my food.

Just made a couple pieces of the chicken cordon bleu. Freaking amazing!!! Sorry for the crappy iPhone pic, was too hungry to get out the nice camera, :p

That looks good. Most of the ready made ones are processed and aren't. That looks like it would be worth the extra money.

Sorry, I don't follow what you meant there. If you mean the chicken cordon bleu, it's not processed. It's boneless, skinless chicken breast with ham and cheese inside then tied up. I had to cut the twine off of it to eat it. Just like a homemade one, not some frozen crap from the supermarket.

I think he meant most are that way and its worth it to pay a little extra like you did for the fresh ones. Could be wrong.

Awesome stuff bro made me hungry lol. im not a big roast fan but even that looks good to me haha
