IGF with AAS after knee surgery

Hey guys,
I have to get knee surgery I tore my ACL and PCL and no Meniscus.

My question is - would IGF with AAS help on my recovery to my surgery faster? Or should I wait after Physical therapy and then start IGF with AAS.
I think doing IGF before surgery would be a waste since I will not be able to move for a couple of weeks.

Does anybody have a knowledge on this type of situation.
Thank you.

I have personal experience and igf helped tremendously the healing and recovery process for me but I wouldn't do steroids during that time only igf as the steroids actualy work against the healing process of acl and mcl where the igf actualy help even ligaments repair faster

Would you say I should use it right after the surgery or when I start my Physical therapy? I was thinking 4 weeks on 2 weeks off? Right now I"m on 80 mcg a day. Should I continue at that dosage or lower?

i havent had experience with taking igf after surgery

but i can honestly say that old nagging injuries i had (pain in my shoulder and knee)
seemed to have just went away ever since ive started igf
