I have never tried it before because I was always kind of grossed out by it, but my wife kept teasing me about being a sissy because she will eat it and I won't. So, I cooked some salmon last night and finally manned up and tried it, and it's actually really good. Fatty and tasty and the texture isn't weird or anything. Just wondered if anyone else eats the skin too. I've heard there is a lot of good stuff in the skin.

Never tried it... it skeeves me out, lol. And if it's more calories/fat, even more reason for me to not try it. If I never had it, I won't know what I'm missing! :p

Glad you enjoyed it though!
