Planning on doing MC IGF @ 40mcgs/ED for six weeks then take two week off
then 60mcgs/ED for another six weeks. Can someone help with insulin injection?

my insulin syringe is 29G X 1/2"
How many units is equal to 40mcgs?
How many units is equal to 60mcgs?

Thanks

If it goes like this:

<-- | | | | 10 | | | | 20 | | | | 30 --[]

then it shouldn't have a 5 mark. This is how mine are.

Are they 1cc or 1/2cc?

mine is a 50 units and it goes like this
<-- | | | | 5 | | | | 10 | | | | 15 | | | | 20 --- []

I've got both the 50 units and the 100 units. So depending on which ones you have, depends on which line you draw to.

can some help i have the 50 units

If you have a half cc insulin needle it goes like this:
l l l l 5 l l l l 10 l l l l 15
Each mark is 10mcgs, so if you pull it back to 5 you have 50 mcgs, pull it to the forth mark you have 40 mcgs and so on. Hope this helps.

i use the 1/2 cc units myself. makes measuring easier. its a very tiny amount.
