wake up starving

I ordered 50lbs of WPC from trueprotein , got 25lbs of it waiting for the other 25 cause my ordered was messed up... I ordered with my oldest brother so a total of 100 , only 50lbs total came in.... in 2 bags of 25.

I took WPC from trueprotein before , Im not eating anywhere near what I used to so this could be a reason or maybe its cause im using a tablespoon of coconut oil in my shakes which are post workout , and bed time.

I WAKE UP STARVING , like if I didnt want to disfigure myself I would start eating my hand, up till the hunger pains go way
 
yeah i get that too. Its wierd for me though..... if i eat ALL night long til 1am, I will wake up starving!! If i dont eat at all before bed, I wake up fine.
 
Sounds like me every morning...no matter what, the first thing that pops in my head every morning is food, and if you dont want your head bitten off - dont talk to me until i have eatn

hunger = anger dnt know why.. must be the caveman in me
 
I only wake up starving, like to the point where I could seriously hurt someone, when I'm dieting... so of course, right now I'm a ravenous bitch! :p I don't eat until I arrive at work, which is anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours after I wake up... it's the best way for me to spread my 6 meals evenly throughout the day :( I drink a SF energy drink while I'm getting ready and driving to work every morning, which helps hush my tummy and trick it into thinking it's being filled until I get to actually give it solids.

I don't think your predicament is uncommon though. Are you eating enough throughout the day, in general?
 
I've been throwing Perfect Chia in my shake at around 9 PM. At around 10 pm I'll take a pack of Animal PM and go to bed around 10:45-11 and don't feel hungry during the night and sleep awesome! I do wake up hungry though but I think for all of us that work out that's just part of it :chicken:
 
I've often wondered why when I eat right before bed, I wake up starving, but if I don't eat anything within a few hours of going to bed, I wake up not so hungry. Kinda weird!
 
I read all the comments up until stephs then ignored her post and all others and went straight of the avatar whoa. How long before your competition?

Not to have my question ignored though, lol... If you aren't dieting hardcore, then I can't see why you would be THAT hungry. I mean, I was awake til 3am last night because I was starving and couldn't do anything about it... but I have a reason for it.

When I'm not dieting and I eat regularly throughout the day, including right before bed, I usually wake up with little to no appetite. Of course I eat in the morning anyway because I want to bring my body out of a catabolic state... but that's on a regular maintenance or bulk diet.
 
I don't ignore your posts, Steph, but damn that avatar makes it hard to focus on the words! You're looking great, lady!

Last night I ate about 2-3 hrs before bed, and I was ok this morning. I got up, did some cardio and then I was starving.

my diet is eating hippos... But I wake up with hunger pains when I take this protein im not sure if its just the protein and coconut oil mixture or with the protein period.

But the first line of your post was enough for me to read when there is a picture that looks like your taking first place ,IMO, off to the side.
