Planning on starting this today. Im excited cause the last time i did this, it felt like i was on a lot of test.

anyways, im most likely going to post my results on my log "norms log"

i plan on getting below 10% body fat.

so check it out, should see some interesting progress.

Dam bro your shooting for single digit body fat% ! Now this I gotta see, you should look amazing under 10%bf how do u plan on getting there and what's your current bf%?
 
im still about 12% -this is just a guess. Getting caliper tests these days is difficult. yes, 50mcgs in the morning and then 50mcgs at night.

diet is pretty much the same its been for the last year. Just keeping my carbs around 100 grams, maybe 200-300 on heavy days. But im pretty good at keeping my carbs at 100 per day because i've been doing it so long. I dont even really think about it anymore.

I've had a lot of success with 20 minute hit, 40 minutes of weights, 3 days a week, plus a day of just cardio.-Im going to try to bump this up a bit.

I will follow your progress. Can you give us an idea of your diet what foods you're eating along with how many calories you are eating per day. Thanks
 
im trying to stay at 100grams of carbs per day with 1 cheat day per week. But its been difficult because of all the crazy shit in my life. I do think you need more carbs with igf. My gf said i looked pale lastnight.

yesterday i had:

6 eggs for breakfast
1 cup of cottage cheese
meatloaf for lunch
dinner consisted of chicken breast, salsa, yellow/red peppers, unions, maybe a little bit of garlic.

blew the diet with a couple beers..... My gf is leaving again tomorrow morning and we're trying to enjoy the last couple days together.
 
oh... sorry. I didnt calculate the calories/ protein for you. Im thinking my cals with the beer is around 2k to 2500. pretty low. but i was really busy yesterday scrambling around to get to a job interview.
 
its way low. I just didnt eat enough that day because i was crazy busy. I am trying to lean up a bit more. Plan is to get under 10% before i start my next cycle.

That's exactly what I'm doing now... kind of a home stretch type thing. I'm doing this for a month. 4th of July is my goal date. Some days I'm a little under 100 carbs, and some days I'm a little over 100 carbs, but I keep it within 15 in either direction. On my cheat day, I don't go crazy. Last cheat day I added loaded garlic mashed potatoes to my menu for dinner and that was it.

Don't know if you have a D'Lites where you're at, but we have them here, and I love that place. I get to eat my ice cream, kill my sweet tooth, and only take in 2 grams of carbs per half cup. It's my favorite place right now. It helps so much with the junk food cravings.

I do 50mcgs of IGF when I wake up before I go do my morning cardio, then I do another 50 at night before I go workout. Today is the 3rd day for it, and so far I'm not feeling much different, aside from I actually pounded my quads enough last night to be a little sore today, which is really unheard of for me. I don't get sore.
 
Normal I think once you get things squared away..you should try a Keto diet like Palumbo's...example

meal 1 - 6 whole extra large eggs
meal 2 - 8oz. Chicken breast or turkey breast with 1/2 cup of cashews or almonds
meal 3 - 2 scp. of Whey Isolate (equal to 50-60 grams of protein) with 2 tbsp Natural Penut butter
meal 4 - same as meal 2 (could add in some green veges, just watch the amount)
meal 5 - 8oz. Lean steak (like sirlon, or lean ground beef 90% is fine or even less) green salad with olive oil and vineger
meal 6 - same as meal 3 (protein shake)

Once per week (weekends) go out and have a good size cheat meals...focus on the carbs and try to get in as much as possiable..this will help reset your metabolism and fire it up again...to keep the fat loss going....
 
i take like 3-4X 50-60g shakes ed= about 170g from shakes daily lol :p
should help dull hunger.
for me i add peanutbutter and oatmeal to them but im not really cutting thow, also dont eat meat so im diff i guess.
