igf1 long term if using hgh??

i know that you usually use igf1 for 4 weeks followed by a 4 week break...what if ur using hgh tho, can you stay on igf1 10 weeks or longer??

i ran gh for abut 7-8 months while running my igf along side of it...

is it safe ? YES
did my Bf stay super low? YES
Did i maintain my strength gains post AAS cycle? YES
did i take a break with in igf? YES

i ran the igf 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off...

now that im off the gh i run the igf longer

I honestly start seeing my best results at about week 5-7 on igf bro, so i dont stop at 4 weeks and then go back on it, i usualy run it for a couple months then take a break for same time, works well for me

Yeah, gonna have to agree with Presser. I followed the 4 on 4 off method a few times, then tried it longer to see if the results were any better or to really see if the results would diminish over time. I ended up running it for 8 weeks with no problems. I can't say that all of my results were from the igf alone, but I made significant strides that time around.
