Hi everyone,

I hope my post isnt to hard to decipher as im looking to get some quality feedback so i dont muck all this up. I have read thread after thread on dosage protocols and amounts, and just when i think i've got it nailed i find some conflicting arguements blasting my plan out of the water.

So i thought i'd put my cycle out to the masses and see what you guys think.

First my Stats:
Male Bodybuilder
6ft 1in
230lbs
12% BF


So this is what i have for my cycle.

PEPTIDES
40mg GHRP-6
40mg CJC-1295
12mg PEG-MGF
3.7mg IGF Lr3

AAS
50ml Test 400
900mg Dbol


With all this stuff i have worked out a 14 week cycle, running all this stuff together which looks like this.

PEPTIDES
GHRP-6 : Wks 0-14 @ 400mcg ED > Inj Spread 100mcg 4 x PD
CJC-1295 : Wks 0-14 @ 400mcg ED > Inj Spread 100mcg 4 x PD
PEG-MGF : Wks 0-14 @ 200mcg 2 x PWk > Inj Spread 100mcg 2 x PD
IGF Lr3 : Wks 0-3 & 7-10 @ 80mcg ED > Inj Spread 40mcg 2 x PD

AAS
Test 400 : Wks 0-13 @ 1200mg > Inj Spread 2 x PW @ 600mg
Dbol : Wks 0-3 @ 40mg ED


So here come the questions, and i apologise if people are adverse to bullet pointed lists ...


  1. Is all this stuff synergistic ... i mean i dont want to waste any of it, and im not sure if it can all be run together. I know running GHRP-6 and CJC-1295 together is beneficial, but i have not found any posts that have commented on all this stuff combined on a daily basis.
  2. I will be running the IGF in the morning and 1 hour post work out bi laterally in the muscle group i plan to train that day. I have read that directly post workout is a waste due to the natural MGF present in the body at that time.
  3. Is running PEG-MGF and IGF at the same time a waste, based on the above comment?
  4. Can i combine peptides in one syringe if mixed with the same solvent?
After all those questions i'd also like to invite people to help me by suggesting a better protocol and rearranging my planned cycle for a better result. Im sure i cant have nailed a god like cycle on my first go!

Please any information, input and help will be very much appreciated!
 
Hmmm. Your first cycle?
How long have you been training?
What is your goal here?
What is the rationale for all the peptides?
I almost would rather see that list cut down and really go with the AAS....
 
I think you wasted your money on a bunch of peptides

Okay fair enough on your opinion but that doesnt help me lots. I have a sh*t load of AAS at my disposal ... so what would you add to the mix if your not willing to post a useable comment of the previous questions?

ok, well the AAS cycle you got planned should be more than plenty to grow off of. Just keep the IGF in as well. Cause if you cant grow off of that, then you need to rethink your "shit load of AAS" supplier. :satan:

Why don't you show a little respect to the people you're asking a favor of? Maybe I read it wrong, but you sounded a little dick-ish there.
 
relax fellas, he could have taken nuk nuks post as dickish as well, so it was just a "touche mosiour pussycat" in my opinion and all is well and no ones feelings are hurt so lets not start now

ok "Massive-e" bro ill give this one a shot, you talked about having your plan blasted out of the water but i dont see any plan listed, so for me to better help you in providing the right supplements i first need to know what your plan is...another words are you trying to shred up , bulk up, compete ect.. so i cant suggest a regimen of supplements until i know what your plan is, once i have that I promise ya i will have at your desired goal in no time provided you follow what I suggest

Likewise, I apologize for snapping at you. These guys and gals on this board are a real class act, and have answered every question I've ever asked, without making me feel like an idiot. I've worked out for years, and when I wanted to step up my game and take it to the next level, all of these fine people helped me. So when I read your post, I took it the wrong way and wanted to "defend my people", if you will.

Again, sorry for "roid raging" on you. (That's what the media would've said happened.) :thumbsup:
 
bro just think about it, before jumping on the lastest new thing. I mean look at the pro's in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's. They were huge, ripped, and strong. Quality Freaks. And there was no new age drugs, or fst-7, DC traing and etc... They just had their ducks in a row and gave it 100%

This is exactly the kind of experience i want to gain from being here on the board, im sure i know nothing compared to the people here ...

... I always hate it when i get taken the wrong way .. probably cause i dont phrase my posts as well as they should be by the looks of it :)

Okay in answer to your questions Presser, this isnt my first cycle in fact it is my 7th, i have run bulking and cutting cycles alike and competed in 3 bodybuilding competitions to date.

Saying all that this is my first go with Peptides included in the mix ... and from the research i've been doing over the past 2-3 months its a whole new ball game for protocols and dosage. This is all i meant from the comment "Im sure i cant have nailed a god like cycle on my first go!"

I have been working out hard for 3 years and previously i was working out to lose weight as i was quite a blimp. In 4 years i have come from being 18 stone and 23% BF to 16.5 stone and 11% BF, and in the past year i have competed in 3 bodybuilding shows coming 3rd or 4th place. Something im pretty proud of.

My goal here is to bulk up, to grow some new muscle and size (as much of it as possible!). I was lured towards Peptides as i have read lots of positive threads on long term gains achievment with them, IGF being one of the most interesting.

I currently maintain at 3500 kcals a day and my diet is pretty strict and routine for a bodybuilder. I eat 6 times a day starting at 06:30 and ending at 22:00.

If you would like me to post a typical days nutrition for you then i'd be happy to, I have detailed food diaries for every day of the week.

I planned to up my calorie in take slowly but steadily in 250kcal increments for the first 2-3 weeks and then take larger steps up to around 4500-5000 PD

I workout in the following split

Monday

  • Legs (Quad dominant exercise)
  • Calfs
  • Abs
Tuesday

  • Legs (Hamstring dominant exercise)
  • Back
Wednesday - off

Thursday

  • Shoulders
  • Triceps
Friday

  • Chest
  • Biceps
  • Abs
Saturday - off
Sunday - off

I do 20 mins of low intensity cardio following 2 of my sessions, and 1 session of high intensity after one of the other two sessions. I am totally open to swapping this around if necessary.

Any information that you need will be happily posted, as i have a good feeling im going to get the answers i need here
 
I think you've fallen into a little too much of the internet buzz surrounding the peptides, but you've got them and the dosing I see listed seems on par with my research of them, however, that honestly is a bit limited. I love MuscleChemistry's IGF which is the only peptide I use. As Nuk said don't try too hard to reinvent the wheel. 1200mg of test given your height and weight should be more than enough. I would add in some Aqua Dex and maybe proviron. Pics would really help. Next time spend the money on some quality anabolics to go with your androgens... I.e. Deca, Primo or consider a lower dose of test and add in some Tren.
