High Protein Flourless Pancakes

:cardio:For all of you who get tired of oats in the morning, heres something else
to try out. really easy to make and great tasting too !!

This is for one serving size

Ingredients

10 grams whey protein powder
1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup one-minute oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg,
1 tsp Splenda


Makes 1 large pancake or 4 small pancakes.

Mix all ingredients and blend in a food processor.

Pour batter into a heated skillet (medium-high heat) coated with non-stick cooking spray. Flip after 3-4 minutes or when batter begins to bubble and edges harden. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until both sides are browned.

Top with light margarine or sugar-free syrup

Just knocked one of these out. No egg substitute on hand so I used 2 whole eggs instead. The finished product is more of a french toast feel than a pancake. It was glorious! No need for old school pancakes again........... And I'm not one to have luck with a "healthified" recipe. I'll add a little more splenda on the next batch but other than that, no syrup needed.
 
But we should not use the high quantity of the protein that can be harm for your health.
Use the certain quantity which is recommended by the professional persons and also from the trainers.
