Homebrew with non-sterile Grapeseed Oil

I am about to make some test e and tren e using grapeseed oil, however I opted for the non-filtered oil because it was much cheaper. I have a vacuum pump and whatman polycap filter which can be used to filter up to 5L of media at one time. My question is this...should i bake then filter the GSO alone first and then mix my hormone powder with ba/bb and then into the sterile GSO? Or should I just bake the GSO at 250* 2 times and let it cool and then mix my hormone powder with the ba/bb heat and then mix into the baked (cooled down) GSO and then run the entire oily solution through my filter? I am just looking for the most efficient way to make use of this non-sterile GSO without contaminating any of my product. I wasnt sure if it was safe to mix non-filtered GSO with the hormone powder and ba/bb before running it through a filter.

You can mix, just make sure you filter after.

dont need to bake, just use a .2 um filter.

The .2 um filter will remove any spores-particulates and the BA will sterilize.

I use GSO from supermarkets all the time once i mix powder solvents oil together and filter its sterile through a .22um .. BA keeps it sterile (Does not let bacteria grow), It does not sterilize.

Run the GSO through a .2 or .22 filter before mixing with hormone. Always remember that "baking" the solution does not sterilize it or even kill bacteria. Heating the solution to a heat high enough to sterilize would be detrimental to the hormone. Be safe guys...

Baking helps dissolve powders into solution.

Personally if I used non USP GSO, I sterilize it by dry heat sterilization before mixing and filtering with a .2 filter.

Keep in mind that the total cycle time--including heating the oven to the correct temperature, sterilization, and cooling--is usually twice as long as the time noted here.

Temperature

• 170 degrees C (340 degrees F) - 1 hour
• 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) - 2 hours
• 150 degrees C (300 degrees F) - 2.5 hours
• 140 degrees C (285 degrees F) - 3 hours

To clarify, I would do that before mixing in any hormone powder and as the other posts said not heat to sterilization temperatures with the hormone added.

When compounding an oil based injectable, it think it works best to lightly heat the BA and BB, then add hormone powder, let dissolve, then add oil/eo/etc. Is that the order everyone uses?

Just filter. No need betty crocker and bake .

Trader Joe's has the best and cheapest GSO. It the only oil I use. Brew it up, filter it, and you are good to go.
