Real info on MGF and Insulin

directed to theBigness, i have been in the game for a LONG time and tried EVERYTHING, from DNP(love it) to PGF(love it too) to my own insane creations. I just finished reading up on the past 5 months worth of posts and saw a while back u asked for info on MGF. It is worthless exogenously, as it literally has a couple minutes tops half-life, you MUST use PEGYLATED MGF to reap any real benefits, however, in doing this you WILL most definately render your IGF dosing useless as PEGylation gives it i believe a 12 hour half life? Stick with what is working for you. AAS/IGF can NOT be beat.

On to CHRIS250, u seem to know much about insulin use so as this has been a pet project of mine for years i would like to share some info i posted in the past about insulin use and dont think anyone ever posted any replies. Like you, i too, was curious to the amounts of carbs/proteins to take in post humalog admin? I fortunately or unfortunately, i haven't decided yet, gain muscle VERY easily and FAT very easily(damn the genetics). I have always know about the power of insulin as my father is very large and muscular AND high bodyfat and he is insulin dependant! I began experimenting with carb doses and no matter how low i went w just 10iu's Huma i STILL gained fat! One day i was pondering this while shitting and reading simultaneously(multi tasking at its best), so i decided NO carbs post huma would be impossible to make me gain fat! Curiously, I decided to give it a whirl! I began with lowering my dose to 5 iu's IM bi-laterally! YES, i think faster is better, and as i am eternally eating/drinking or otherwise ingesting SOMETHING whats the worst that could happen right? lol i have found after much self-experimentation(my favorite sport) that 10iu's IM bi-lateral post workout, (so 20IU's total) in bodypart just trained followed immediately by 80grams of peptide bonded hydrolyzed aminos ingested and again 1 hour later, has worked miracles for size/strength gains along with fat loss. Whereas, normal bodyweight/bodyfat for me in a non-training sedintary state i.e. no supps no diet/training off period for mental recuperation, has been in the past around 240 ish lbs with approximately 20-25% bodyfat, now after 14 months of playin with my humalog amino cocktail i am currently 265ish and 14% bodyfat, keeping in mind that i have been outta the gym for rougly 9 months that i was gone to Africa(work assignment)! I just ordered 10 bottles if IGF and am about to break the 350lbs barrier! Yes bodyweight, i would love to hear your thoughts on my amino/huma practices.

sorry if i missed it in ur post but how tall are you bro? And insulin scares the shit out of me bro! However if I were to try it I would do the Humalog like ur using just so its in me and out of me faster as I would worry about falling aleep on humalin r and never waking up again!

I also think the igf with the humalog will yield some pretty awsome gains in my opinion!

Also how many carbs do you take in per i.u of Humalog ? i see you said u ingest 80grams of amino per 20 i.us is that correct?

anyways brutha, good luck with this concoction and make sure to keep us posted as daily journal or daily log right here would be a great asset to not only yourself but also to all of our community, so if its not to much trouble maybe you can keep a daily log in a new thread when you start the igf with the insulin and the rest of you concostion, lmao

and again WELCOME TO MUSCLECHEMISTRY!

Welcome to MuscleChemistry!

One thing to remember about insulin is that it is very powerful about what it can do with nutrients. Most people forget that it is just as good at storing fat as well as it does carbs. That means you want to avoid fat like the plague right after taking insulin besides too many carbs. I think you may have figured this out roundabout considering the results you are experiencing with the regimen you're doing. I've always agreed about faster is better. I have used insulin twice before my current cycle of it, and I have always used it IM instead of subQ for reasons that it peaks and clears faster (this is with humalog, btw). The other two times I used insulin, I didn't do it for long, and I never had any GH with it so I never got much out of it. This time, I have GH to run along with it--a good long supply--should be interesting. Now if I can just eat enough calories, I'll be all set.

Sorry for the delay!

Had a busy weekend, getting everything stacked up to go all out! I had an interesting conversation with Branch Warren, a while back! Admittedly, i have pondered on it for a LONG time!

1st, to answer your questions, I am 36 yrs. young, 5'10" currently right at around 250lbs and softer than i have ever been; due to some very unfortunate circumstances over the past 14 months!

2nd, yes Humalog(fastest analog) at 20iu's PWO, with NO carbs-only hydro proteins. And yes i will be utilizing this now along with IgF Lr3, it was good talkin to you Presser, to get back into condition!

Conversation: w Branch! We talked about the simple fact that i have an immense amount of knowledge and have dispensed invaluable advice to many well know pros AND average Joes. However, the ONE thing that i have finally concluded, thanks Branch; i know you read this board, is that in all my consistency the one thing that is MOST consistent is that i consistently come off gear! Oddly enough, one of the most common practices amongst top bodybuilders is NEVER, "coming off"! I have always believed in allowing my system to rest so to speak! However, Branch pointed out something to me that, really, i think i have always known but NEVER practiced! So, WHY? i dunno but i am now. Bridging, i guess i have never really liked the concept of being "off" meaning on "lighter" products! However, with the results I have experienced with IgF in the past, as well as insulin, and the new info and advancements in the peptide field, we are all going to be making substantial gains. So, i am thinking of running a log if i can allocate enough time to do it properly. Embarrasingly enough, WITH, my doughboy before pics (which would be my current condition) and of course the transformation pics.

Again, thanks for the welcomes.

I know that I, myself, am looking forward to keeping up with your progress and your regemine. Be sure to get those pics up. I'm planning on learning a lot from you.
