Thanks guys just been really busy
Next Level is going good. I am also a nutritionist for Troponin Nutrition now. I have about 15-20 clients right now

I kinda laying off bodybuilding right now. Just got married like 3 months ago

I was doing BJJ and muay Thai for a while

If you guys check out the new MuscleMag I have a new ad thats just came out.

I missed being on the board hopefully I will have a little more time to catch up
