View Full Version : Body pains for first cycle

Sup bros. as most of you know im on my first cycle. For the past few days all of its kicked in hard and ive had the best workouts Ive ever had the past two days.  My strength has went up rapidly and my body is taking the form ive always wanted. Anyway, what my question is..my body feels like its gotten ran over by a truck. I dunno if its not used to the changes being made or this intense of a workout. I added a a few more sets to all my workouts..taking it to about 15 per bp. I havent been this sore since I played ball...just that feeling that your whole body has been in a wreck feeling. I sat in bed an hour this morning wondering wtf was wrong cause it felt different then a "sore" feeling. Any opinions on yalls first cycles and how your body reacted to it the first time?

I got pretty sore also.  Just becareful not to overtrain.  Some people feel like superman in the gym and do to much and actually hinder gains.  Just get plenty of rest and make sure you are completely recovered before working that body part again.  some people think they can work out everyday, but i feel that i work harder and destroy my muscles more so the increase recovery time equals out.  I hope you understand what i am saying.

...my first cycle i felt like fucking superman...i woke up early for work ed and worked outside doing landscaping for 10 hours and then came home and w-out harder than ever...i never wanted to be anywhere but the gym... :( ...was always full of energy...

Tiger..just make sure above all else is that your diet and sleep is in check.  Remember you have to let your body rest...and you also have to feed the machine :D

Theres no doubt I feel like superman in the gym..I dunno what the shit got into me when i posted that. I guess i havent been that sore in a long time. :D Im getting enough rest(im a student) but the thing is i dont think im eating enough protein. I get hungry as hell, but when I do eat I can onlyeat a tiny portion and im full. I do do that like 6-8 times a day. Out of inexperience could you feel like shit if you didnt get enough food in you? BTW, I do only one part a week..it looks alot like jims wrkout on his thread/taking sat. and sund off with the exception of some lite cardio. Thanks guys for all the advice..yall are helpin me out more than you know. Almost feels like the waltons in here  :0

You need to force feed yourself, eat till you get full and eat some more.  I'm assuming your're bulking.
