itchy acne help please!!

hey guys so i am into like my 3rd cycle. Took 10 ml of test enthanate then 10 of sust and now on prop. and on my 4th bottle of masteron. Was taking .5ml of test and 1ml of masteron EOD. Now that im on prop im taking 1ml of prop and 1ml of masteron EOD because there is less mgs in prop than sust. I think this might have triggered the breakout. and I ate sloppy for like a week also.

But last week I started getting ance and within 3 days it is all over!!. ITs itchy as fuck. my diet is back to good. I started taking arimidex 1ml a day.
what else can i do to make it stop?? i ordered PanOXYL soap and NIZORAL shampoo they should be coming soon.

my friend told me to scrub it in the shower is that a good idea? would prob feel good because it is itchy as hell but willl that work?

Try some Hibiclens disinfectant soap (you can get it at Walgreens). It's the same kind of stuff used in hospitals to keep skin infections down. If you're going to scrub, do it with this stuff, not alone. Keep on the arimidex since it is the estrogen that is causing the breakout.

on my shoulders and chest. is that a good thing or should i put mosturizer on it? id rather go thru the uncomfortable feeling then have the mosturizer fuel more acne..
and when you said if your going to scrub then use this. makes it seem like scrubbing is a bad thing. i only wanna scrub if its going to help

Well, the hibiclens is a anti-bacterial/anti-microbial. It may dry the skin a little, but it is also killing the stuff on the skin that is causing the acne. If you need to use a moisturizer, use one without oils in it.
