Re-introducing myself

Hi Guys - I just realized I made a couple posts and people are probably wondering who the hell I am...

I have been off the boards for a while now but trying to get my head back into lifting after some time off and what better way than to get inspiration and info from like-minded guys and gals!

I didn't post much back in the day but hope to change that... No more Mr Lurker!

Some History...

-Done 3 mild cycles 1st=(Deca/Test) and then 2 (Tren/Prop/Winny)
-On full time Doc perscribed TRT for past 4-5yrs (due to long term sleep apnea of all things which was corrected thanks to ripping out all the shit in the back of my throat :) - but to no avail to my test levels)

-Been lifting off and on since 16yo.
-I'm 34, 5' 11.5" and generally sit around 220 but have been up to 245...
-Body fat has always been in the mid teens I think - looking to make some big changes there... Right now trying to diet down to 200 and then decide the next goal.
-Been out of gym for the last 2 years (totally bumbed about it) due to living out of the country with no real gym access... Hopefully will be back in the gym in the next few weeks though full time.

I lift because it's theraputic, I think it's cool that we can shape our bodies, I want to stay in shape and look good, and I frankly I just got hooked on it all.

its ok brother, i was a lurker for sometime before i started posting up.... this is a great site with alot of useful info on it, even some older threads get the job done when it comes to answering questions.

we currently have a great group of guys here!!! anything you need , any questions you have , we will do our BEST to help ya
