Salmon Recipe

i found this on another board  it actually sounds tasty

Dudes, this a kick ass salmon recipe that I came up with myself that is fast to make, super delicious and extremely high in top quality protein as well as loaded with protective antioxidants for the prostrate. ( I am eating a huge bowl of it now as I am writing this.)

Ingredients:
¾ lb of salmon fresh or canned
1 can of tomato soup
Oregano
Hot seed pepper
Acadia lemon pepper dressing

Directions:
Place salmon in frying pan and heat it up. Toss some oregano( don’t be stingy) and some hot seed pepper on top. Add about 3 tablespoonfuls of the Acadia dressing. Rip the top off the tomato soup, drop it in with additional can full of water. Heat it up and start breaking up the salmon (notice it doesn’t have to be fried. It will break up easily and cook quickly as the soup is heated and condensed ) Grab a large bowl , place the contents of the pan in it. Find a large spoon and go to town!

I can usually find salmon on sale for around 3.00 to 4 .00 per pound. I eat it almost daily. It has made me gain a lot of muscle and I dropped the body fat. Remember, the salon is high quality protein and the tomato soup will improve the health of the prostate.
