some soreness is normal.. if this is your first cycle or not.. you may have moved the pin to much at will aways cause pain.. i did that not to long ago and had a huge sore spot on my ass.. just rember try to shoot .5 ml every 30 sec.. which means go slow and try to hold the dart as still as possible
