Stupid Injection Question

This is probably a stupid question but I dont know for sure.  I have heard diffrent things.  In the Syring the plunger (the black part) is shaped like a cone.  When you measure 2cc do you put the top of the point at the 2cc mark or do you put the ring that is actually touching the syringe on the 2cc mark.  I always put the point (the top of the cone) on the mark.  I might have been doing more than I thought.

to add to that, do they account for what is in the actual pin?  that would add some more too.

IMO the threads should be lined up the the tip to the rubber.

You line up where the rubber touches the barrel and the liquid begins. The cone shape fits inside the cone just under the needle in the barrel. . later
