lets say your applying to arms. Do you apply everyday to say, tris and bis, or do you apply the day you work them. I want to really bring up my arms, so should i apply to arms even the days i dont work them? Just wondering what everyones personal experiences are with this
 
When I used it, I wasn't trying to bring up a particular body part so I just applied to the muscle I worked that day. If I were trying to bring up my arms though, I would probably just apply there everyday.
 
I agree, you need it when you're training that particular body part but remember you don't grow in the gym you grow when you're recovering so I always spot applied to the area I was trying to bring up EVERY day. Worked like a charm for me.
 
If its just your arms, then I would say just use it there. I always alternated since there are a few bodyparts I wanted to bring up, but I always applied to that bodypart the day I trained it.

Every day to the muscle you are trying to bring up.
 
im currently doing on...
chest days applying to tri's
bi's days applying to bi's
tri's days applying to tri's
shoulders applying to shoulders
back applying to bi's
leg days applying to tear drop of quad
.....since i think i need more work on my arms im applying there 4 times a week
