(I have to wonder if it was his gas petal foot!!)

BALTIMORE—Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Donte' Stallworth(notes) broke his foot during a 24-10 win over the New York Giants Friday night and will be sidelined for at least two months after having surgery to repair the damage, coach John Harbaugh announced.

“That’s really disappointing for him and our football team, obviously,” Harbaugh said. “We’ll step up and the next guy will play well. The good news is that it's not a season-ending injury."
Harbaugh indicated that Stallworth will have a screw inserted in his foot immediately.
Harbaugh said that he expects Stallworth to return by the Ravens' bye week, which is scheduled at the end of October.
Stallworth was on crutches after the game and didn't speak with reporters.
Stallworth was running behind Mark Clayton(notes) in the competition for the third wide receiver position.
Clayton suffered a mild concusiojn, but emphasized that he's fine.
"It’s obviously something we’ll be careful with but it shouldn’t be a long-term thing," Harbaugh said.
The Ravens signed Stallworth after he was suspended for all of last season by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell after he pleaded guilty to manslaughter while driving under the influence of alcohol in Miami Beach, Fla.
Stallworth served 24 days in jail.
He was also in line for punt return duties
