Man I've been doing soo great for 4 straight weeks.. and then this week (5th) I slacked 2 times.. I'm feeling so tired. Could lack of sleep been doing this to me? Also I think my bench also went down pretty dramaticly..

:*( Man this is depressing the shit out of me. I don't wanna go back to the way I was. Fat and ugly.

I know how you feel bro. I sometimes have a lack of motivation myself, especially when I am dieting. Just stick with it, and it will work itself out. Sometimes I need to slack off, just to prove I am still in control, and this BBing thing hasn't completely taken over my life!!! Oh, shit, who the hell am I trying to fool!!! BBing has taken over my life, but I am a lazy fucker and sometimes my laziness just comes shining through!!! LOL, Later

I have a few BBing video's that help me when I am in a slump and have no motivation. If you want a copy, Email me and I will send you a copy. All I ask is the price of the blank tape and shipping. Later

Hi mate.
Don't worry about taking a few days off bro. I sometimes take a few days off even mid cycle. I find that it gets me even more motivated when I get back to the gym. My strength always seems to be really good after a short break as well. I think a few short breaks are good for you.
