i thought lr3 was closer to 12 hours. but it might be less it does make it harder to dose lr3 and slin. if it was a 12 hour half life i would do a shot in the morning, then slin pre workout and igf again post. or do slin post and igf a couple hours later.
In my research the LR3 modification to IGF is shown in vitro to extend its half life to 20 - 30 HOURS. This is also what is referenced in the "Understanding IGF" sticky at the top of this forum.
