Father Arrested

This story pisses me off, this country is bullshit, this guy boards the bus to defend his daughter from bullying and gets arrested!!!! I think he acted 100% properly, being a father I would have done at minimal the same thing...

OPINIONS???

Obviosly the bus driver wouldn't have a thing to do with it. The only time a school will intervene is when there's been an actual crime commited and their main priority is to cover their own ass in case of litigation. The same could be said with the cop in that they will only act if there has been a crime.
Hazing isn't considered a crime by some, but what about the alleged use of condoms the daughter spoke of? That is where the schools and law enforcement should have intervened. Just the use of the condoms would have constituted a sexual assault.
Sure, the father could have gone about it a different way, but given the same situation I would have done the same thing.
Is there a legal defense fund for this guy?

there were two adults on the bus to watch over the kids - BUT THEY DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH!! The parents of the bulling kids should
be the ones arrested.

Your right but the poor guy already went to the school once about the situation and nothing was done, so i deifnatly can relate with the guy and what he did, was it wrong yes, and he knows that but i guess if you tryed exhuasting all other possibilities in getting the situation taken care of and nothing happened then maybe he felt as though that was his last option

its a tough call no doubt, and if it were my daughter who knows i may have done the same exact thing knowing all along it was wrong

if he reported it and nothing was done, im not surprised. but he should have elevated the complaint...all the way to the superintendent if need be. he needs a long history of complaints to back up such behavior.

lmao, exactly! Or they fuck with his Kid even worse, My wife is a school teacher, highschool so the situations are different at that age but she thinks the kid will get picked on even worse now as it happens like that with her kids whos parent come in to complain about bullying, which by the way is a major major problem in schools today which im sure most of us know, but kids take shit to an all time new high these days in the shit they do to other kids

There are two sides to every story especially when teens are concerned. The daughter should've gone to the Principal and the father should've followed up with the school and Law Enforcement. Of course Daddy is going to believe his little girl and overlook anything else. You have to have a 3rd party look in. If it was as the daughter said the kids would face expulsion or worse. Dad shouldn't have gotten involved. People that jump into things like this just make it more difficult for other parties to properly resolve the issue.
I agree its not what most parents would do, but we all know how kids have a way of distorting the truth or bending it to suit them. We all did it.

This is why my girls are gonna learn how to fight. My wife has hand to hand combat training being a marine and me just redneck bar room fighting. So when they picked on, the other kid is gonna catch hell.
