Yep Season bro! I think its a great move as well! I might actualy buy a Vick Jersey, but I will have to give it 2 games to see!
I think Vick gives us a better chance to win this year, However Kolb still has the big contract and is still going to be the Future of the Franchise, So maybe The eagles see this as an Opportunity to not only win this year, but also raise Vicks Trade Value for Next Year.

Exactly. Ried is so close to Kolb he practically sleeps with him. Works out ok on road games but Kolb's wife gets pissed when they're at home.
Maybe I should just stick with Vick memorabilia without an Eagles association.
After Vick takes them to the playoffs this year he isn't settling for some measly 1.5 million $ contract in 2011.

yea I just noticed that. I thought that value of his bonus was his entire contract. My bad! 6.5 mill aint bad for a back up! Maybe he will stay in Philly afterall. after reading that artical Bigness posted it seems like he has some emotional ties with Andy.

You gotta think, he wasn't signed as a backup, he was signed as a 3rd string initially. He made out on that deal and now he's really going to cash in. He's a good athlete, a shit head as a person, but a very gifted athlete

I respectfully disagree. He fucked up, big deal. He paid his debt and has been a model citizen ever since. I think Vick is far from “shit head,” rather he’s a guy who got caught up, lost everything as a result, went bankrupt, and is now emerging as great person and athlete. That’s perseverance.
I couldnt agree more with Nair, I got a little pissed of at the Daily News for putting "Top DOG" on the front page of the paper when Vic got the start, I think he paid his dues to Society and I dont realy care to hear about his past anymore. As long as he stays out of trouble I am a VIC Fan from here on out!

Listen, I'm not knocking him for what he did to get in trouble, hell, I've done federal time to so there would be no way I'd hold that against him. I just think from before that, well, as a WVU fan and the way he acted towards our fans when he played at VT. He's stayed out of the sporlight in a negative way for the most part since he's gotten back out. I just hold my opinion based on what he'd done and how he acted before he ever made it to the NFL. His brother too, they both flipped off the WVU fans while playing at VT

I think he's ashamed that Michael got more hype than him in the negative publicity so he's chosed to lay low until he can fuck up Michael's rep again. No, I don't know, I thought he did, but I've never heard anymore about him
