Dosage & Administration
Remove safety cap and seal; replace with enclosed dispensing cap. Connect syringe (without needle) to dispensing tip and draw out appropriate volume of  VENTIPULMIN Syrup (clenbuterol hydrochloride). Administer to horse orally twice a day (b.i.d.). Initial dose is 0.5 mL/100 lbs body weight (0.8 mcg/kg)twice daily.

From the last sentence, I think I would conclude that the syrup strength is 0.8mcg per .5ml

Let me look into it a bit more.

Well, I have found many websites giving instructions on dosing, and they all agree on .5ml (1/2 cc) per every 100lbs of horse.  Administered twice daily (.5ml x 2)
