Effective appetite supressant

I'll be cutting soon and need to calm my appetite down some, what do you guys think are effective appetite supressants?

Ephedrine is very effective.

Phenteramine works really well.    gets me amped for basketball too ...

how can you take phetermine?  ive taken it a couple of times and it felt like i accidentally blasted an eightball right into my heart.  that shit is potent bro.

I have always liked 10-20mg aderol ED to keep off hunger; if you try it though just be careful you do not turn into a speed junky.  I would not try it if you have an addictive personality or porblems with amphetamines,,,bigjosh

Never felt the kind of speedy that you are talking about though. Although, my adrenals are probably fried from excessive N-Y-C stacks. LOL.
