8.....i give it an 8 because it's a "10" for the price and a "6" in the terms of quality....

crap compared to the real deal.
i didnt think it did much at all for me. i dont think i would use it again unless it was free or pretty damn close.

unless you have total faith in your source I am hesitant when it comes to anything ug or generic.

for me it is 8 or higher in all aspects. I have used quite a few diff types of gh and I found my guy.

i use generic black tops and i gotta say my bf stays pretty low considering how much i eat
