Finally heard back from a job I've been after and I'm starting thanksgiving week. The cool thing is I get a $3 a hour bump in pay, 2 weeks paid vacation starting out, company truck, health ins, pension, 401k and the best thing is I'm back working during the day. Now I'll have plenty of time to get some size back on me. I cant wait to get out of the hell hole factory I'm in. The only good thing about the place is I did lose a lot of fat running around like a crackhead chasing a rock.

What were you doing in the factory, selecting? Ive been working for the union for 14 years and started as a selector running around picking up 80lb bags of cat litter and applesauce ect all day, now i have some seniority so i sit on a forklift and do wheelies lol

Maintenance in a food factory working their shitty second hand equipment that breaks down it seems every 5 minutes.
 
Damn bro that sounds like an amazing jump from this job to that job you described with all the benefits, Congrats bro seriously!!! I am happy for ya brutha!
 
Congrats, I just started a new/old job too. I got back on at UPS finally, I worked there 2 years ago and never thought they'd hire me back on, but they did. So I can relate, my hours aren't as glamorous as your day hours, but hey a step up is a step up
 
So ready for this week to be over, last day is Friday. Dont think I can take the b.s. I did last week. I think I got whole lotta "Fuck It" in me this week.

Yea , I just got laid-off from construction....Pipe installation and asphalt paving and demolition work. I like smashing buildings down !!!
 
I know how you feel. I got hired on the spot and then they told me I had to wait another two or three weeks until I could start. While waking up at 5 am that first day was rough, it was worth it.
