3 Kale or spinach , Kale preferred
1 apple
1 pear
3-4 dates
3-4 bananas
16-20oz water and ice

Blend well and enjoy!!

I add Goji Berries from Tibet and
Maca Powder (known as a natural viagra , plus many other positives)

i keep reading about Kale lately.......how about water crest?........nutritionally it's supposed to be even better and more readily available than kale

I haven't tried it with water crest. Really...nutritionally it's better?? Then when I go shopping tomorrow , it's water crest.

I go to this guy who is 63 years old and I watched him beat a girl and a guy 23 years old in a sprint. He literally did 20 pull ups right out front his store. His store is called Arnolds Way. He has a ton of you tube video's of his raw food diet and how it cures a lot of diseases. He's a little on the goofy side but the women that flock around him is amazing....all young too !!! Just type in Arnolds way and you'll find him. Lansdale Pa.

Banana has got insane energy and it is very quick in gaining energy and you people have noticed that many sportsman use banana during their game break.

Protein shakes have lot of energy and when i need more energy i drink banana shake because it has lot of energy which is good for our body and make us healthy and active.I agree with Mills that many sportsman use banana during their game break.It is a healthy fruit.

getting energy, you have to eat fruits and vegetables,
these foods items have bundles of vitamins.
these vitamins increase the energy levels....
human body need energy for working...
other foods chains can be eat to get energy...
