Floaties/lint in my homemade brew

Hi guys,

First of all I'm from Brazil, so I can't just buy sterile vials on the internet.

So I bought unsealed vials, seals, stoppers, a crimper.. and sent it to a friend of mine (a dentist), he put the vials and stoppers on the autoclave and crimped later.. ok.

The problem is it seems that no matter how I filter my gear (prop test, bold, enan test) using a .22 sterile syringe filter, I can see some small, almost microscopial, particules/lint in my gear especially if I shake it.
It's really just a little and very very small..
It always takes 5-10 minutes looking and swirling the gear to find some.
I couldn't get it on a pcture to show for you..
In fact, till yesterday I was using the stuff without even notice that it has this particles..

I already took five shots (from the test prop) and it hurts and swell reaally bad (5%ba 15%bb) sometimes I feel some low-grade fever too. It get really bad within 24-48h after the shot and starts to get better in about 72h.. (but may take 4-5 days to be 100%).
Till now there wasn't any other "side effects"..

But this pain and swell seems pretty normal and usual at this level of BA and because it's my first shots from this ester too.

The vials are sterile (for sure) but the guy that esterilized didn't cleaned the vials and stoppers before (with alcohol/ba/isoprop or whathever) for get rid of all particles/dust.
He just put it all on the autoclave the way I sent it..

What you guys think about it?
Should I just move on and keep using the stuff?
If not, how can I get rid of any kind of particles for sure? (please without using much fancy stuff)
I tried just now to apen a vial and clean it with 190 proof grain alcohol, but I don't think it will wash all particles, it seems that a really tiny particle may always be there.

Thanks in advance..

I know what you are talking about, and I would let them sit in soapy water for a good while, then would flush them over and over with water. Then I would let them dry, sitting upside down. And then I was use alcohol to flush them again, then bake them for 10 min.

Sounds good to me.
So it really worth to lose this "sterilization" made in the autoclave and make this "home process" because of this tiny particles?

I'm thinking about do that with distilled water + any soap and use the 190º proof grain alcohol or maybe the isopropyl (if i get it) to give the final flush. In this final flush the alcohol in the vial must be really clean without any kind of particles.. than I'll be happy.
Than I might just bake it for a bit longer.. better safe than sorry
For let them dry (upside down) could be in any place?

Thank you.

yeah well as afr as ther floaties go its bcos there are particles in the vials bro, bcos when u put through that .22 that oil should be golden bro..do the alcohol rinse and also distilled water after that

why so high on the ba bro, prop is fine at 2% ba 20 % bb..i mean you can even go 3% ba if ya want but 5% is not needed..try 2-3 % with 20% bb, thats the way to go bro

ummm i feel the smartest thing to do it RE-filter it threw a .22 pore whatman filter and put into new viles
wouldent risk it any other way for my body, fuk baking.
just my op thow

I re-filtered and put in new, clean and sterile vials.
5% BA never again.
I couldn't walk for 7-8 days after the shots.. hurts like hell.
Next week i'll try make it like 2-20 or 2-18..

Thanks evrybody..

I would re-heat it and once its cooled I would re-filter it with a .45 filter, then a .22 filter, filter when its at room temp, it will be a little harder but its best to do it this way IMO. Some particles when its warm can still get through the filter

Yeah, sounds good, but let me add... Wash them with soapy water, before brewing of course, then rinse well, turn oven on BROIL and bake for 10 15 min and believe me, autoclave isn't sterilizing better than that. But honestly, it doesn't sound like you're suffering from non-sterile gear. It sounds like you're suffering from mildly crashing gear. 5% BA and 15% BB what kind of oil? Try 3% BA and 20% BB and for oil use EO or 50% EO and 50% GSO. I think your low levels of BB are making your gear mildly crash which I have just dealt with and it will cause swelling and pain that starts around 12-24 hours and lasts for 72 hours.
I fixed the problem mildly by heating up the brew and refiltering through whatman filter and adding some BB with a little heat. Now it is clear and gtg. Try that and see how it works.
Are you making pellets? Powder? I noticed with the pellets it is hard to get it to stay perfectly clear, it's just a shitty brew AND I'M TIRED OF THEM!!!!
