Someone says " wow, you gained 20lbs in a month or so, what are you taking. You doing the stuff:?

I'm am so sick of everyone saying looking good keep gaining. Your doing something right. I tell them while your home drinking beer pigging out, I'm pushing weights. Hang with me and you'll see how I get in shape. Fat fucks!

20lbs in a month would raise eyebrows, they have a point lol. What annoys me most is people that know nothing about gear think you just stick yourself or swallow a pill and you're huge.

If you gained a real 20 lbs, yes, that would draw some attention, but most people can't estimate weight gain. My endo continually told me at every appointment that I looked much bigger though the difference really was minimal, and my weight was only different by 1-2 lbs. It is also possible to gain 20 lbs in a month naturally for those guys who are gifted genetically. I wish I was one of those people, lol!

Yes, it can be annoying because so many people assume that to gain muscle you have to use steroids (thanks to the media). They don't realize that it comes from hard work in the gym.

Saudades is right, if you gain 20lbs in a month expect to hear stuff like that, and you can always go with the whole MuscleTech ad reply....Well Jay Cutler gained 30lbs in one month off nitro tech, what makes me any different...

Anyways, 1-3 lbs on me as well is very noticeable, I see it in my face and body..If I gained 20lbs I wouldn't have a single piece of clothing that fit me...If you can do it, then you are very lucky!!

Thats funny. Sometimes I would tell people that I had just been playing
a lot of tennis, then walk away.

I'm going with Jay cutler did it. Thanks guys. I went from 185 to 205 in probably over a month once I started concentrating on squats and deads. My legs gained 10lbs a piece.

I agree. Then some ask how long do you stay at the gym? Like time makes a difference. What.....The longer I am there the more muscle I am building? I say sometimes 1 hour and if cardio longer of course.

A lot was water but you could still see my abs. I was training hard and on a peps, hgh, test, drol, and a lot of water. I weighed in at 195 today at the dr's office which is ok. I wanna look like plang or presser. Those guys have it down how to build muscle.
