Presser,I think you were just unlucky....but as we see here over and over everyone doesn't react/respond the same way to the same drug. Nizoral's chemical structure is very steroidal,although it's primary use is antifungal/antidandruff,because of the chemical structure it will compete and bind to the cortisol and the Test/DHT receptors in the scalp. For most people this is favorable and slows hair loss by reducing local inflammation at the follicle and shutting out DHT from the receptor.
