What are you guys doing to prevent hair loss and promote regrowth? Rogaine is fucking expensive. Is there better and more effective options? Nizoral is good but based on everything I'v read Nizoral shouldn't be used on its own; "rather [its] a treatment that will enhance the effectiveness of other more potent hair loss treatments such as minoxidil and propecia."

I'm pretty much too far gone so I only use the Nizoral shampoo for thicker hair (what I have left).

I get my rogain (minoxidol) from Costco (wharehouse store) It is the stronger 5%. Our large supermarkets sell it for about $25 for one
month supply (lasts me about 2 weeks) - Buying at the wharehouse store it is 6 month supply for a little under $20. (seriously) My hair
looks thicker when I use it compared to when I run out and dont. Didn't regrow any but think it keeps most of it from falling out. I have
WAY LESS shedding when using. $20 for 3-4 months is affordable.

Back in the day everyone here used to rave about Spiractolone (spelling) never tried it, I had hair back then LOL
