From what I understand when using MC's Immense Growth Factor your appetite should increase. Should you just increase your protein intake or increase your protein, fats, and complex carbs?

u didnt list what you eat, so hard to say if u have to increase it but id say keep up with the lean proteins,(lean beef, chicken, fish, rice and beans) if ur not eating a really strict diet dont add fats, and u didnt list the weight u use so if u are going to workout heavy or moderatley heavy u could do some complex carbs for sure if they are taken well within 48 hours before working out, I usually try to make it 12 hours before I workout or less, but I have read at 48 hours it starts turning into sugar, also dont drink alot of alch. U wont really eat to much protien, what ever your body cant synthesise, it will just get expelled.
