Well I received my IGF from MC yesterday (Monday 12/27/10). I am 220lb and want to use this to help me lean out and and gain muscle at the same time. I will be also using Aqua Burn at the same time. From what I have read on these boards for new users its best to use 40mcg Bi-laterally which is what I will be doing as well. I will be applying pre-wo and definately increase my preworkout carb intake so I do not go hypo. I am going to be doing the 5 on 2 off method. I got it early enough to use since it was my chest day. I did do a mistake since I took the Aqua Burn at the same time and I was so jittery that I had a bad workout. I did get that pump that everyone on here talks about here and it lasted hours after I was done.

Today (12/28/10) was my arm day and so I didnt mess up I took the Aqua Burn in the morning 2 drops and 1 drop after my workout. That stuff is potent! Doing it that way my wokout was not the same as yesterday so I will stick to this. Well now on to the IGF. This stuff is AWSOME!!!! The pump I got was amazing to the point it hurt a little but in a good way. My arms stayed full for 2 hours after I was done. I had more veins poping that I have never seen before. Tomorrow shoulders. AS YOU CAN TELL THIS STUFF IS NO JOKE. Only need very little to get amazing results. After my first week of daily posts I will updating this log once a week until all 3 of my bottles are gone.:sport:
 
well had a lot going on this week with the holidays and also a family member passing. Had to skip the gym on Wednesday. Back to the gym on Thursday and Saturday. To be honest I am still a little leery on applying. I think it was hard to get the right dosage for me. Plus I have never done anything like this before. I started low with 40mcg bilaterally on Mon (Chest) and Tues (Arms). The pump was really there to the point of pain but good paid. My arms were so swollen that they had to stay bent. So on Thursday and Saturday I dropped it to 20mcg bilaterally for back and legs. I could still feel it but not as much as the day before. I dont know that with the lower dosage on such large muscle mass it just didnt spread out enough. I think that this week I am going to stay with 40mcg everyday for 5 days and off 2 as planned. Still trying to get the dosage right. I have got a new routine that I am going to start doing for 6 weeks. Then slightly change my routine for another 6 weeks so I dont get used to it but not a total revamp so I can monitor my gains. Also eating a lot more now and down 5lbs. So far 1 week down, got a food plan, workout plan lets see how this pans out. Let week 2 begin.

well now this is my second week and keeping all doses at 20bilaterally. This stuff is giving me the ability to workout harder in the time span that I am at the gym and my lifts have gone up slightly. The first week I had some discomfort and was told that I was not used to it yet and the AA solution can have that effect. Well now this week there was no discomfort what so ever. From what I can tell in my last post larger muscle for me might need to use more so that is what I intend to do. I am going to keep arms at 20 and the rest of the muscle groups are going to up to 30. I think that using this at first is a little trial and error but once I get the doses right it will be smooth sailing!
 
Curious to see the result. Any before and after pics from this igf cycle? Also, did you do a tbol cycle with this?
