How can convert pure BA to BA 5%

ur not converting the ba to a weaker strentgh as ur post suggests ur asking but ur using 5% of overall volume as being ba, hope i explained that ok

If you are gonna end up with 100 ml of gear you will want to use 5ml of BA pure. This would be 5% of your total amount!!! You don't dilute anything.
2% or 3% of your batch will work fine though. It does not have to be 5%.
