I can also feel it not spreading after applying sometimes...Sometimes I get it perfectly and I cant feel the igf, other times I feel a "lump." I tried massage/ice, any other advice?

I apply to each long head tricep everyday to help with my tricep tendonitis.

You do know that igf's main function is not to heal tendons, right? It may help with tendonitis, but mainly, it's a Growth Factor, and the AA used to reconstitute it can cause some irritation. Also, the closer you apply it to a tendon, the less likely it is going to "spread out," as you mentioned. IGF is best when applied to the fuller parts of the muscle belly.

The irritation you're experiencing will go away in a few days if you take a break--and I'd suggest you do in fact. You may want to try applying every 2-3 days instead.

I've heard the term necrosis used in relation to IGF in the past and seeing as the AA is an acid, would it be wise to apply it onto a fatty area of the body (i.e. lower stomach) or to a lean area (i.e. arms). I would want fat "necrotized" (is that a word?) but certainly not muscle.

well if u are injecting anything ive been taught u dont massage it right after

is localized effects a myth? or is it actually true? Think I might rotate Long head tricep, Lateral head tricep, and delt. Is it going to be just as good applying it in stomach fat when talking about tricep tendonitis.

in my experience, localized growth is a myth. unless you count temp. swelling.

many others disagree

So let me get this straight. You came on here before and asked for advice and everyone told you not to touch anything for a while. Now you're back asking for advice regarding the very thing we told you not to do. Why on earth would anyone want to continue trying to help you when you've already demonstrated that you don't listen??

You're questions indicate you haven't done much, if any, actual research about the chemicals you're using and how to use them properly. Furthermore, using IGF to help heal tendonitis, if even true, is a _weak_ excuse to use a compound you're not ready for and don't need.

Take Saud's advice and stop the IGF, at least for a few days. You're going to do more harm than good by being to headstrong and not listening to those more experienced than yourself.

Good luck.
