Every once in a while I'll go play basketball in place of my usual leg workout. I played last night, but I thought about using IGF before I played and wasn't sure. Should I have applied before the game and if so, where? In my legs? Or, should I have just applied after I played?

U might cramp up really bad if u use it before playing bro! Ur legs might pump to the point of pain I know mine prolly would
