I'm sure a lot of you are like me and are in an office for the majority of the day.

What is your nutrition schedule like?
What snacks do you have during the workday?
What meals do you have before heading to the gym after leaving work?

I was just wondering how you get everything you need. (Could be for bulking, cutting, etc...)

good question, i dont do the 9-5 thing personaly but im stuck in an office all day and come and go as i please so eating isnt a problem, ill bump this for ya so others can help chime in, me personaly my eating habbits are horrrible, i simply dont eat enough, ill have a shake and protien muffin at noon-1 and then will not eat again til before the gym about an hour and i eat lots of oatmeal and after the gym i try to have a shake and dinner

I am in a corporate environment office or in the field every day.
I go to the gym at 5:00am- I do a PW drink before I head out.
When I get home from the gym I do 6 egg whites, 2 pieces of turkey sausage and black coffee.

I try to prepare meals beforehand and package them so all I have to do is take them out of fridge and nuke them.

When traveling or in the office I try to eat solid foods but if not its protein drinks. Snacks are normally precut veggies or something like almonds.

I get home and do slices of grilled chicken breasts and cucumber slices- I season with all season no salt for taste.

Before bed its a protein shake- all protein no carb.

A few gallons of water each day.

Again I think its all about being proactive in eating.

Well, I have the worst possible schedule for a BBer I would think. I work 12 hour night shifts at a hospital. Sometimes it's slow and I can eat whenever I want sometimes its really busy and I'm hard pressed to get a meal break.
I always prepare two whole food meals that go with me, and I bring a bottle of bcaa's and a bottle of LBA's or a couple scoops of whey in a shaker cup. If I'm in a pinch I can almost always get a minute or two to mix up a shake or some bcaa's and slam them down.

Hi guy, I have eggs in morning and along with some kind of juices, chicken breast's in day time and some kind of oatmeal in lunch and in night some kind of protein's shakes and also a lot of water all the day long.........

working in the office was the best way for me to eat all day and keep track of time...
sitting beside my desk is my cooler bag filled with everything i need to eat for the day. not to mention the "emergency" cans of tuna and chicken in my desk drawers ( for the days im hungrier than usual)
office jobs are easy for eating every two hours. just set a reminder on you outlook or calendar to remind you to eat!

most office people are fat anyway so they will eat all day long with you (usually cookies and timtams!)
