Another Battle with the beast.... DNP

about to do another go round, i have been off dnp for 11 days and took my first 500mgs of my second cycle... wish me luck guys


First cycle results, 5'11 264lbs to start, finished at 250lbs

my cycle was 250mg days 1-3, 500mg days 4-10

i want another 10 lbs from this one, we'll see

yeah bro..... that nabolic rebound thing seems to be for real..... my muscles blew back up to where they were, only a lot more cut, and i was stronger than when i started the dnp on some exercises... so i yeah i look just as big.... 14lbs of fat :)
 
Not a DNP fan here but those are some great reults...14lb of fat that quickly.....goodluck with round 2 and don't get carried away with upping dosage.

I have used it 3 times now and I always feel I get better results without using it and dieting/training hard!  I always feel like it makes me look like shit after I use it... maybe because it makes me so tired I am lazy about the gym!

geared, i can see how you would cuz it makes you muscles look flat, but after I got off, they filled right back up and the water subsided and i looked like a new man, haha, I guess it works for some and not for others


As far as it being the devil's candy.... it aint so rough if you do it right
 
I still like the way I look and feel even after it when I just diet and traqin hard!  Some people love it...  just not for me!

you're damn right I am a master of starving myself, LOL

thats not the case here.... and its not like i didnt drop 20%bf without DNP before giving it a shot, I am not looking for an easy way out, just a faster means to an end

Trust me when I tell you that my work ethic is not lacking.... and I also don't believe DNP to so bad if you are cautious and do it correctly, Its just a matter of not messing around and being careful, from there its easy sailing

That's not true,  I am example of that.  I mix my diet up week to week.  I'll go no carbs one week, low fat the next.  Maybe you wouldn't need dnp if you studied better dieting habits.

Maybe thats what works for you, maybe i'm just impatient, My diet has dropped me 20%bf or so and given me about 40lbs of muscle give or take, in the last 13 months, so my diet studies are fine, i am just trying something new, nothing wrong with it and I honestly havent had anything negative happen to me yet, so if i do i will stop, i know my body fairly well, and it is responding to DNP like a dream, just because everyone has stigmatized something that when done properly will more likely than not, not give you bad sides....

Everyone has bastardized something because they hear it can be dangerous, yet you use steroids, some even insulin, which is just as dangerous if not more, yet when done properly and effectively there are little to no sides... its all about education

And i take that dieting habit thing very offensively, you try comin down from 45%bf to 20% and see how fast you do it while adding as much muscle as i did...

maybe if you studied your diet better you might not need steroids to grow, maybe you could put on 30lbs of muscle in a year and drop as much bodyfat as i did without gear.... im not counting the 10lbs i got from steroids

just take that into account before you start getting on your pedistal, come at me with respect man, i gave it to you, so please, please give it in return, and i apologise in advance for this, but i feel it needs to be said

10 mo's ago ! was 6'1 240, 19%BF.  Right now I'm 215 @ 7.5% BF.  I am also 30 yrs old.  No T-3, No clen, just mild doses of eca and a good diet.  I really only dieted consistently for 3-4 mo's.So I have walked in your shoes.   I practice low carb dieting and exercise.  The previous post I made was realistic and could be followed by someone looking to lose weight.  But you commemt on how the wt. would soon come back which is just lazy excuse.  Don't get offended, its just that what you accomplished using DNP could of been accomplished w/o it. I personally could give a shit less whether you choose to use DNP or not.  Its your body not mine.  I am more interested in your reply to my original post.  I am a cheater myself. yes I use AS.  I'm not here to point fingers, but I will defend my post against your impatience and laziness.  What good is DNP anyway?, if you can't follow it up w/ healthy eating habits.
