ques. about primo

I stated before that im 28, 5'4, 143lbs, and my bf is 29%.
I hate to ask again but I didn't get feedback on a ques. I had from advice I got, I figured everyone hasn't had a chance to read my reply or it was missed, my advice was to get my bodyfat down to at least 20% before doing primo, and then clen 4 weeks into the cycle. I cant do clen now because I was doing it for while, (again, I had results but fucked up my diet!!!!!, that pisses me off!!), & I've only been off of it for 2 wks so I have to stop for a little while, and I will definitely do anavar but it will probably take a little while to get it and I'm anxious, I am an actress and I have upcoming auditions ( like in 3-4 months) that I really need to look great for!! so I started to workout and diet viciously as of a few days ago. I only took one shot, (before I got the advice), so I can stop and wait but if i'm dieting and working out so hard (with a top notch trainer), he works me out craaazy!!!, crazy, hard!!!every session. Wouldn't the primo enhance my hard work anyway? I thought I could use it now to accelerate my hard work, stop for a few weeks or how ever long I need to and then do another cycle to finish of my hard work. I don't expect to get RIPPED on my first cycle because of how much I have to bring my body fat down, (although with his training I wouldn't be suprised if I got alot more from it than the norm), but isn't thats what its for?, won't it still give me a boost?, I know at least I'll be well on my way and looking alot better!! so I figured it will still do me some good. much more good than without out it, forgive me for asking after I was told it will be a waste right now, but if I did it in that way, would it really? I can't help ask that question.

frist thing the clen should be ran two on two off.. most peopel would run eca on the off weeks.. next you should try to lower our BF befor you start any gear.. that way you'l get more  out of it.. good luck.. <!--emo&GG--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/bigsmile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='GG'><!--endemo-->
 
My honest opinion on this topic is.......If you really want to use it now, and then again after you have dropped some more BF....then use it now.  If I were in your shoes.....and used any AAS now (which I probably would), I would use it with a very high protien, very low carb diet(no startchy carbs at all!).  I wouldn't do a "bulking" cycle....which I never do anyway.  I would recommed taking in 2 grams of protien per pound of lean body mass you have. (at your stats, you have 41.47 pounds of bady fat, your lean mass is 101.53)  I would (and I do , do) have 3 solid meals and 2 in between meals that consists of a protien shake or a low carb protien bar.  Do 30-45 min of cardio 3-4 days a week until you are thru with the AAS, then add more to that if you feel you need to.   When you are thru with your cycle, you are going to need to keep you diet pretty much the same, with the high protien and low carb.  That is really how I eat all of the time, unless I am being bad...lol.

oh, and when you stop, and go to use again, you should really wait the same length of time that you were on.  But I don't really know very many people that wait that long when they are anxious to start again....specaily if they all ready have what they are going to be taking. lol

Thank you very much for your reply, I was advised to wait until my bf got lower more than once but I can't take clen yet b/c I just got of and I will try to get some anavar but I don't want to wait!!!, I have a bit of a deadline, & I know I won't be perfect by that time but at least I'll be well on way with good help from AAS, I'm really siked!!!, I am ready NOW!!!, and I can't wait for anything else. So far I'm doing great, I was thinking about doing the atkins diet but so far my diet is exactly as dezir described and I'm kick'in ass at the gym.

I think your bf is alright to take primo. Women have more bf than men biologically. I wouldn't go with Atkins diet completely eliminating carbs. You should take some carbs right after you wake up and right after you work out. Your body are glycogen depleted at these time and it's good to take some carbs to replenish them. If not your body will burn muscle for energy. Other than that, Dezir's recommendation is solid.
 
i really would not take primo right now. you want to lose bodyfat right. How about trying and ECA stack and a little cardio in the am for about an hour on an empty stomach and a VERY clean diet for about 1 month. You should see some good results. If you really want to drop the weight, you can not go off your diet. You can take all the drugs you want. But if ur diet is not right, its useless.

Also if you start gear now, you may retain some water, making you look like you have gained more bodyfat. That may discourage you. My advice would be to wait until you have tried to drop the wieght with the cardio and the diet, Then after that, then start the anavar or the primo.
 
I agree with hardbdygrl. If you are really just interested in getting your bodyfat down then I would stick with the clen at first. Two weeks on and then two weeks off. The two weeks off take ECA. Make sure not to take the clen more than two weeks. But you must watch your diet or drugs will not make a real difference. They are not a fix all. You must do cardio in addition to weight training. If you are doing weight training and cardio on the same day, do your weight training first and then cardio. That helps get your heart rate up so that the entire time you are doing cardio you are burning fat. Also with weight training, if you are not really looking to gain a lot of muscle, then do not rest very long between sets, with more reps at lighter weight, this also helps to keep your heartrate up. Make sure to get enough protein and cut out your sugars. Also make sure to drink plenty of water to help shed any water you might be holding. Good Luck!!
