Best use for igf DES when dieting?

Hi all, what a great forum, seems to be some excellent info on this board.
Which made me join up.

Currently dieting. Just using 4iu gh. And some clen.

What would be the best way to use igf DES in this ?

Pre workout?

ill bump this for ya bro, im not familiar with des, i just use igf-1 lr3 personaly.
 
Thanks, guys, would it be beneficial, even while dieting to consume an intraworkout drink of carbs after pre wourk out igf ? even if it only 20g or so of maltodextrin ?
to aid the pump, as no carbs no pump ?
 
The DES form is supposed to be 10 times stronger than the "regular" lr3 form. I have used it before, and I have felt it works best pre-workout just like the normal lr3 form.

^ ^ ^ I would say yes, a small amount of carbs during the workout would be very beneficial.

I got a bottle to try, but I've yet to use anything that is better than MC's IGF.
 
Session 1 with igf DES. Not huge amounts to report. I'm dieting so lo carbs. Got a good pump but nothing spectacular.

12.5mcg in chest and delta bi lat pre workout. So 50mcg total.

Tomorrow is legs. So I'm gonna use a carb drink while training about 30g carbs. See if that affects the pump.
